Gene Verett, Chief Executive Officer
Gene has over 17 years of experience in both the extended stay and full service segments with Extended Stay Hotels and ITT Sheraton. He has been involved in opening and transitioning over 200 hotels. Prior to joining INK, he was responsible for managing over 300 million dollars in assets for Extended Stay Hotels, an operator of 700+ hotels owned by the Blackstone Group.
Leonard Verett, Chief Operating Officer
Leonard comes to INK with many years of sales and operations experience in the hotel industry. For the past 8 years, he has managed over $500 million worth of assets for Extended Stay Hotels. Hotels under his management won many industry awards for customer service and profitability during difficult economic cycles in the Northeast U.S. Prior to joining Extended Stay Hotels, he held various management positions in full service hotels and in the real estate industry.
